CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand circumstances do arise and as humans we try to understand and be as flexible as we can. In order to avoid a cancellation fee ALL clients must give at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations less than 24-hours before their scheduled appointment will result in a charged fee of 50% of the booked service cost. Clients that no call/no show their scheduled appointment will result in a charged fee of 100% of the booked service cost. Thank you for understanding!
